D'STRICT — ARTE MUSEUM WEB ECOSYSTEM
When one exhibition
becomes a web presence
across cities.
I built a reusable structure for a growing network of global sites. A design system developed from Las Vegas was applied to the existing New York, Dubai, and reSOUND sites; Nagoya was built anew on that foundation.

More sites meant
more complexity.
The exhibition expanded across cities, but the websites lacked a shared structure for building and operating them consistently.
The sites were already live, and rapid publishing mattered. Within the existing Webflow environment, I organized repeated UI and page patterns instead of waiting for a full rebuild.
Las Vegas became
the baseline.
I used the live Las Vegas site as the baseline for a design system and modularized recurring components.
I organized typography, color tokens, buttons, navigation, and the CMS structure for exhibition content. New pages could be composed from common elements rather than rebuilt independently. I applied this structure to the existing New York, Dubai, and reSOUND sites.

Connecting existing sites,
building a new one.
The Las Vegas-based system was applied to the separate, existing New York, Dubai, and reSOUND sites. Nagoya was built from the ground up with those lessons.

Nagoya was a new build that I developed from the start. I completed the Japanese site's flow across home, exhibitions, tickets, visitor information, CAFE dara, contact, and policy pages.

Small websites
for the next cities.
Using the Sydney landing as a starting point, I built waitlist sites for London and Chicago.
For each city I checked copy, forms, consent language, domains, and submission events. This became a repeatable web pattern for gathering interest before an exhibition opened.

After launch,
I examined the data.
I used GA4 and PostHog to examine site usage after publication.
I reviewed visitor flows and key events to inform operations and improvements. For city waitlists, I also checked that form submission events were collected.

Web work continues
after the build.
Alongside the new global web structure, I handled operations and quality for sites already online.
Maintained one site for four locations and handled content and campaign updates.
Coordinated with the external production partner on review, content, revisions, and launch.
My work spanned new builds, post-launch operations, and coordination and review with external partners.
